The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted me in finding the best places to visit in this city. The room was clean with enough towels, blankets, and a hairdryer. The hotel had a peaceful outside area for relaxation.

The hotel's location was great, near many shops and restaurants, and it was easy to go anywhere. the staff was also nice and willing to help with anything we needed.

Our New Year's experience at the hotel was not as great as we had hoped. the breakfast we paid for in advance was not served every day and we were not refunded for the missing meals.

This hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful part of the city, which makes sleeping easy. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. Rolled towels and blankets are available in the closet. There is also an outdoor seating area to relax in.

The breakfast service is unreliable and requires improvement.
